New Custom Wheat Treatment Blend
McKillip Seeds wheat varieties are treated with carefully selected systemic and contact fungicides and insecticide. Our treatments provide protection against a broad spectrum of seed and soil-borne diseases, such as rhizoctonia, seedling blight, loose smut, early season septoria, early suppression of wheat leaf rust and multiple modes of action against fusarium scab and pythium damping off.
Protecting wheat seedlings and getting them off to a healthy start is paramount to a high yielding wheat crop. Additionally, our high-quality wheat seed treatment protects the crop from yield robbing and disease transmitting insects such as Russian Wheat Aphids, English Grain Aphids, Bird Cherry Aphid, and suppression of wireworms, white grubs and Hessian fly.
